These workouts are designed for any player that is struggling with a specific skill in games (or practice), our promise is to get them up to speed and confident in that skill in 15 minutes flat! We combine the power of game film analysis with the player's perspective to form a plan to provide them with both a solution and the confidence they need to apply it in games!
