On Tuesday nights we mix things up each week. The ultimate goal is to give your body all round conditioning, each week focusing on something slightly different whilst complementing the previous week. This is going to be great if you want to upgrade your body, your sport, your posture or your work-out regime. It has been designed to alleviate the symptoms of repetitive activity that can cause ailments specific to a certain lifestyle/sport/job.

This is a space where we are here to get into our mind so we can get into our body. This is conscious movement and we are going to embrace our animal through flow. For those of you who are on a conscious path then this work will complement your journey so you can attain the embodiment of this amazing tool of ours; the body. This is a space for self-work, animal movement and meditation both still and moving.
