Join us for Yin Yoga. In this session all or nearly all of the poses are done on the floor, it is non-aerobic and requires very little strength. Our aim is to find mental calm and relaxation by melting into long (2-10 minute) deep, restful, renewing stretches along with meditation and pranayama.
You will need a yoga bolster for this practice but you can use firm Pillows; a yoga strap, blanket and blocks are helpful.
Set up a relaxing environment, burn incense, light candles, make tea etc.
