Deep nervous system work - Restorative postures allow the body to rest deeply so that the meditation settles into deeper brain wave patterns. BRING AN EYE PILLOW.
Tuesday 6:30-7:45pm - All Levels Yoga w/ Caroline
1 hour 15 minutes
This class is for all levels and is often tailored to the needs of the participants. New Yogis won't feel overwhelmed and seasoned yogis will find a comfortable level of "work," as well.
Thursday 5:15-6:30pm - Gentle Yoga & Meditation - For All Bodies
Gentle Yoga & Meditation - This class is tailored to the needs of the students that arrive for class to keep it accessible for new practitioners and seasoned practitioners alike.
