Join Angelique and Caroline for meditation, personal mantra building, yoga and sound healing. We will gather together to learn or fine-tune the soundtrack that repeats itself in the subconscious using intentional sounds . Mantra is a great way to drown out stress thoughts, worries and/or negative self speech or to reinforce contentment, JOY or positive purpose. Angelique will then guide our bodies through a sequence for practicing mantra repetition and of course, we'll end bathed in sound and vibrations.
