Dive Deep Series with Anglelique - Mondays 9:00am-10:30am
This 8-week series has been designed to provide a broader understanding of yoga, and give students the opportunity to learn about the philosophy alongside the physical practice. Join Angelique, as we dive deep, and explore the foundational 8 Limbs and integrate the yogic teachings into our movement. Throughout the series we will learn about meditation, alignment, breath work, and the many different styles of the physical yoga practice. These classes are perfect for beginner yogis, as well as seasoned yogis.
