An important note about time:
I will phone you promptly at our scheduled appointment time. Please be sure your phone is turned on and you are in a private space where you will not be disturbed. If you happen to miss the call, you are welcome to phone back within 5 minutes. Otherwise, we will not have enough time for a productive call and we will need to reschedule.
