Trish uses Skype for sessions. Make sure you have Skype downloaded & updated before session time as Microsoft does frequent updates with no warning.

By scheduling your appointment(s), you acknowledge that you have read the following & that you understand & agree to the following:

• Trish will contact you at the time of our meeting.
• Be on time. If you are late, you forfeit the amount of minutes you are late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit the session, with no refunds given.
• To reschedule within 48 hours, contact Trish directly.
• No-shows forfeit their session with no make-up given.
• Extreme circumstances may allow for a make-up session at Trish's discretion.
• If Trish is late, you will always get your full time.
