Late Policy: I do understand things may come up. There is a 10 minute grace period for the client and the stylist. After 10 minutes of your appointment starting and you have not notified the stylist, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the service. Same day cancellations may be subject for cancellation fee or full price of service.
Rescheduling Policy: All appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please text me at 919-886-0369 to reschedule. You are allowed 1 reschedule after that a new deposit is due.
