The Dress Matters
Our Booking Policy:
Appointments are REQUIRED for all shopping at The Dress Matters.
Bridal appointments require a $30 booking fee that will be applied toward your dress purchase. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Additional appointment fees made will be applied toward the dress purchase, up to $60.
All other appointments require your credit card to book the appointment. A fee of $30 is charged if you DO NOT SHOW or DO NOT CANCEL within 24 hours.
If the date and time you want is not available, please call us at 610-566-5680. We may be able to accommodate you. Please do not bring more than 6 people (bride and 5 guests) to your appointment.
If you would like to bring more guests, please consider our private appointments that can accommodate up to 10 guests (Sunday Brunch and Bridal Happy Hour). Private appointments are $175. Details on website. Please call 610-566-5680 to schedule.
Alteration appointments are not made online. All sales final.
