In order to efficiently schedule our guests, we require that all appointments have a credit card on file and pay 10% towards the cost of the appointment. If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to its scheduled time, the down-payment will not be returned. If appointments are cancelled greater than 24 hours in advance, all down payments will be returned.
