Failure to comply with any of the following will result in appointment cancellation.

MONTH TO MONTH BOOKING

Scheduling is operated on a month to month basis, each calendar will open on the 25th of every month at 8:00PM

SALON POLICIES:

1. EACH MONTH IS AVAILABLE TO BOOK ON THE 25th OF EVERY MONTH.
2. HAIR MUST BE WASHED THOROUGHLY AND BLOW DRIED DAY OF APPOINTMENT.
3. I ONLY ACCEPT TRANSPARENT LACE OR HD LACE. ALL LACE MUST BE NEW OR WAS PREVIOUSLY CUSTOMIZED BY ME ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO T-PART WIGS.
4. Extensions must be CLEAN, dry, free of thread and product, and ready for installation.
5. NO CHILDREN or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed during your appointment.There are no exceptions.
6. Please set aside 2-4 hours for install service.
7. After being 15 minutes of scheduled time. You will be charged a late fee of $20. Please be considerate of my time and others.
8. SELECT ALL SERVICES/ADD ONS THAT YOU WILL NEED so that we can ensure that appointment times will not clash.
9. Please invest in a good quality lace. REMEMBER a good lace equals GREAT results
10. Please consult with me for an install removal before tampering with or removing your weave (especially with lace installations) if you are not sure what to do. I am NOT responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after you leave my chair.
11. Please be sure to confirm date & time followed by services you desire is correct prior to submitting your appointment (deposits are non refundable)
12. Please check your email after booking that includes the salon address.
13. All laces must be dropped off AT LEAST 2-3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. No later! (NO DROPS OFF ON SUNDAY & MONDAY)
14. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
    
15. NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE FEE.

*By booking this appointment you agree to the rules and policy. I do not REFUND any services under ANY circumstances once you leave the studio satisfied with the finished product. Please be aware that I may post pictures of final product on my Instagram for business purposes*

17. No show call no show will result in your deposit loss, and you’ll be charge the full install amount.
