If you are feeling ill or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid, please reschedule your appointment. Please be responsible and considerate of the health of others.
EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK/FACE COVERING WHILE INSIDE THE SALON.
PLEASE READ BOOKING INFO AND POLICIES IN IT'S ENTIRETY
- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE....NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are a no call no show, your deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. If a deposit was not paid, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled in the event of no call, no show, no contact. If you decide to reschedule and the reschedule option isn't available, that means it's past the 24 hour rescheduling timeframe. You will then need to contact me to discuss rescheduling.
- If you are reusing hair that I previously cut into a bob style, please bring an extra bundle to your upcoming appointment or they will be available for purchase at the salon. With longer lengths, please have your hair separated according to length. I will not try to piece hair together or try to figure out what goes where.
- I WILL NOT install dirty hair. Please make sure it has been shampooed and dried prior to appointment. If you need me to do it, there will be an extra $25 fee.
- If you are using bundles from www.iamcrownd.com, please make sure your hair has arrived for your appointment.
- I DO NOT WORK OVER ANOTHER HAIRSTYLISTS' SEW-IN OR FIX/INSTALL UNITS MADE BY SOMEONE ELSE.
- Pictures are used for reference ONLY. Do not expect your hair to come out exactly like a picture you showed me.
- I do not color hair extensions on the same day as your appointment. Please make sure I have your hair at least one week prior.
- Please be sure your contact information is correct when booking. I am not responsible for miscommunication due to you putting in wrong information. If you do not receive a confirmation email after you book, that means your info was put in wrong. Please double check it.
MICROLINKS
- Microlink weft/I-tip installations are not available for booking until you have had a consultation.
- Virtual consultations are available. If you need to be color matched, an in-person consultation is required.
- You will receive the booking link once we have completed your consultation. Your appointment must be scheduled within 30 days after the link is sent. If you have not scheduled your appointment within that 30 days, a new consultation must be done to reassess your hair.
- Pricing for microlinks are only discussed at the consultation.
