PARKING
Parking can be very limited at times. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to find efficient parking to avoid a late fee being applied to your overall service. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME WHILE PARKING OR LOOKING FOR PARKING TO TELL ME YOU ARRIVED AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT!
COVID-19 GUIDLINES
Please be advised that we are still in the midst of a pandemic. If you are showing or experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19, please do not schedule an appointment. I ask that you arrive to your appointment alone with no extra persons. All clients are required to wear a face mask when entering the studio. FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED! NO EXCEPTIONS!
AVAILABILITY
Please be advised that my books will open on a month-to-month basis. Booking in advance will no longer be an option for clients. Booking for the current month beginning on the 1st of every month. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
DEPOSITS
All clients are required to make $30.00 a non-refundable deposit to secure selected appointment. This amount is applied to your overall balance for service.
PAYMENTS
All remaining balances are due in CASH ONLY the day services are rendered. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Note: Please review remaining balance prior to your scheduled appointment. Payment in CASH will be due upon arrival be sure to withdraw funds prior to arrival. If you would like to include a tip, please include that within your funds withdrawn. Please be prepared to pay a $20.00 late fee in the event you're 10 minutes late to your appointment.
RESCHEDULING
When rescheduling an appointment, you will be permitted to use your deposit for one rescheduled appointment only. The deposit from the initial appointment will be applied to the rescheduled date. If you cancel your rescheduled appointment, you will have to schedule another appointment, and you will be required to make another deposit for the new appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Please cancel your scheduled appointment within 48 hrs. of service date. All cancelations that are not made within hrs. you will be charged 50% of service amount. In the event that I cancel your appointment you will be offered the option to reschedule or deposit refund.
NO SHOWS
NO CALL, NO SHOWS WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM MAKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
NOTE: COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
LATE POLICY
Please be advised all clients are given a 10-minute grace period and encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment. If you arrive on the 11th minute you will be charged a late fee of $20 to your overall service. If you're 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME WHILE PARKING OR LOOKING FOR PARKING TO TELL ME YOU'VE ARRIVED AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT! YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED A LATE!
TRAVELING
Traveling services will ONLY be available for weddings and photoshoots. Please be advised that traveling services will be an additional fee added to the overall cost of your service based on location, and number of persons being serviced. Traveling details must be discussed with MUA prior to booking an appointment.
MAKEUP APPLICATION GUIDLINES
- Please be sure to arrive to your makeup appointment with a freshly cleansed face free of any previous products makeup, lash glue or eyeliner reside.
- All makeup application includes Mink Lashes.
KNOTLESS BRAIDS GUIDELINES
- Please do not book Medium, Small/medium, or Small knotless after 5pm during the week.
- Please do not book Medium, Small/ Medium, or small knotless service for a same day service unless its Large knotless due to required preparation.
- Please make sure your day is free from all activities as your hair could take additional time due to length, density, and thickness. I take pride in my work and service I provide to all clients. I will not rush my work.
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you should refer back to your confirmation email with all details need to reschedule your appointment.
- Please be sure to wash, blow dry, air dry, or detangle your hair prior to your appointment. Do not use any oils, leave in conditioners in your hair the day of your appointment. All client's hair should be free from any products.
- Clients' hair must be at least 4 inches long for all knotless services. If unsure if your length of hair is able to tolerate knotless consult with me prior to scheduling an appointment.
- If your hair is not thoroughly cleaned, I will refuse you service, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Please consult with me prior to booking an appointment if you have any hair loss, breakage in the nape area, or damaged edges. Please be sure to contact me prior to booking any braid service.

Client Photos
Please be advised that videos and pictures may be taken at the end of the service to showcase the completed style. Booking an appointment signifies that you agreed to this and all the terms and conditions.
