Power Yoga incorporates slow vinyasa while holding postures for a longer period of time to develop proper alignment while increasing strength. This class is open to beginners and modifications will be provided to celebrate everyone in their practice. Participants must be able to get up and down off of the floor as well as able to put pressure on their hands and knees.

Gentle Yoga is a series of slow postures to help stretch the body with some light strengthening. This series incorporates breathing and relaxation techniques. Students will need to be able to get up and down off the floor as well as place pressure on their hands and knees on a yoga mat or supply light cushioning.
