Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointments are important to us and are reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Policy Details:

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: A charge of 100% of the reserved service amount will apply.
  • Charge Application: This may be applied to a package or billed individually.
  • Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed electronically and/or via text the day before.

We appreciate your understanding as missed or late-cancelled appointments impact both our team and other clients. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
