For Covid reasons, there will be separate time blocks depending on whether you have people in your group.
If you have animals only in your photo, and no people, timeslots will be available between 8:00am and 9.30am. Photos will be with Santa.
When booking into the ‘Animals Only” timeslot, you must be confident that your pet will sit and stay with Santa without you. If you are not sure or suspect your pet may not co-operate, please book a “People Included” session instead. We cannot have you sitting with Santa in this session, due to Covid-19 social distancing restrictions, but he will magically appear in your photo - see more information below.
If you have people in your group, due to social distancing, Santa will not be present when your photo is taken. Don't worry - your photo will still include our wonderful Santa, as our editing elves will magically pop him into your final photo. You won’t even know the difference! Timeslots for photos including people will be available to book between 9.45am and 11.15am, and 11.30am and 1.00pm.
Please be careful not to book into the wrong time block.
During your photo you do not need to wear a mask if you are seated with a group from your household.
If no time slots appear, the event is booked out. Please revisit this page before the event as there may be cancellations.
For appointments before 8.15am please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. For appointments after 8.15am, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your time slot. You will need to collect your ticket from the admin tent prior to your appointment time.
Bring your own costumes for yourselves and your furbabies if you wish. We cannot provide these this year due to Covid-19.
If you are not able to complete the booking process online please email, call the office on 3284 1927 or drop into the office and we'll see if we can help if there are any vacancies left. We are currently on restricted hours. The best times to contact us are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday - 8am to 12noon.
The base cost of $25 includes one 5x7" printed image in a portrait card.

Rescheduling and changes policy
You may reschedule to another available time slot up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Changes to your add-ons may be requested up to 24 hours before your appointment by email only. Please put your name and phone number in the email.
Refunds on cancellations (cancellations must be made by 8:00am on Friday 19th November 2021) will attract a 5% fee to cover our costs. A refund will be given if you cancel after this time due to Covid related illness, and upon provision of a medical certificate. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations for other reasons made after 8:00am on Friday 19th November 2021, or for no-shows.
In previous years we have dealt with showers and hot weather and the event has gone ahead as planned. In the case of extreme bad weather that makes it impossible to proceed with the event, your booking will automatically carry over to the new event date. If the new date does not suit, you will have the opportunity to cancel or reschedule your time. Please keep an eye on the PAA Facebook page for updates.
