2. You can edit any scheduled session up to 12 hours prior to the start of that session this includes canceling without penalty, time changes etc as long its done 12 hours before the start time of the session.

3.Try to book at least 1-2 appointments by Wednesday so you’re not trying to cram your sessions in over the weekend when there’s less availability.

4. Arrive to your session 10-15 minutes early to do the warm up pre workout warm up I’ve given you. If time permits always do the post workout cardio i give you.

This assessment will help us identify how to approach your body with with the team training. With the groups being no larger than six people, we can still give individualized adjustments to clients that need it.
