1. Don’t forget to register your account. Doing this will help you book faster and you’ll see your remaining sessions credits, all booking history and all payment history.
2. You can edit any scheduled session up to 12 hours prior to the start of that session this includes canceling without penalty, time changes etc as long its done 12 hours before the start time of the session.
3.Try to book at least 1-2 appointments by Wednesday so you’re not trying to cram your sessions in over the weekend when there’s less availability.
4. Arrive to sessions 10-15 minutes early to do the warm up pre workout warm up I’ve given you. If time permits always do the post workout cardio i give you
