Hello, my name is Sha’Nelle and I am the master stylist and owner of Paradise Hair Promotions. I am a licensed braider with the State of Ohio Board of Cosmetology. I have been braiding for over 25 years. My goal is to get to know you and provide care for your hair. I am very client friendly, and I attempt to provide exceptional service and a unique bond with all of my clients. I am excited to meet you!

Our Location:
Covid-19: Handwashing/Sanitizing needs to be completed upon entry and hand sanitizer is always within arm's reach. Our loft is disinfected in-between every client. If any symptoms of Covid-19 are displayed we may cancel your appointment and ask that you reschedule, so please do not arrive if you are not well.
Parking: At this location you will
have access to an abundance of free parking in our lot.
Refreshments: We provide a good array of snacks and drink options and that can be purchased anytime throughout your service.
Area: We are located near Subway, Heinen’s, Hibachi To Go, A Touch
of Italy, Pizza Hut, and many other restaurants and stores.
Entertainment: For your convenience, a television along with a large variety of movies, and tv shows is available along with access to free Wi-Fi.

Appointment Preparation
- Please arrive with hair shampooed and blown dry as straight as possible unless shampoo services are included or have been added to your service. Please do not arrive with any products on your hair or you may be required to have shampoo services added or risk service being cancelled. If you would like a special product to be applied, please bring it with you to your appointment.
- Hair must be 4" all around.
- If any add-on services are listed as optional, please make sure they are selected prior to your appointment. Examples: extended length, beads, deep penetrating conditioner, etc.
Cancellation
- We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation, or you may be charged a $45.00 cancellation fee, and your deposit will be forfeited. Initial appointments may be rescheduled once with the full deposit applied. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled for any reason the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made to schedule a new appointment.
- No call no show appointments will be charged a $45.00 cancellation fee and blocked from scheduling future appointments if not paid. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.
Punctuality
- If you are going to be late to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Please be aware that a late fee of $25.00 may be accessed at our discretion. After 15 minutes you may be asked to reschedule.
- We take pride in our work and would like to provide the best possible service so please plan your schedule accordingly.
Prices
- All prices are base prices! More technical designs, length of natural hair and/or extension hair may cause the price and duration of time to increase.
Payment
- Payment is preferred in CASH.
- A deposit is required for your service in order to secure your appointment, due to inflated no call no show appointments. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to one rescheduled appointment. If rescheduled appointment is cancelled your deposit is forfeited.
- Full payment is required when you are 1/2 way through your service.
- Payment is accepted via Cash, Zelle - (440-990-8282), Credit card/Debit card ($10 Fee), PayPal ($10 Fee), CashApp - ($NelNell312 ($3 Fee)), Venmo - (ParadiseHairPromotions1)
- NO REFUNDS will be given once service is rendered, and you have left the premises. If you are unsatisfied, please let the stylist know and we will attempt to address your concerns.
Scheduling
- If an appointment is needed for a time or day that is not available, please request scheduling via our waitlist.

- Some appointments may require an inflated price for same day appointments.
Guests
- Children and other guests are not permitted unless they are being serviced. If other guests accompany you to your appointment and are unable to leave, your appointment may have to be cancelled.
Hair Provided
- For your convenience, we are able to provide the hair needed for your service. When scheduling please select hair included and select the color option when prompted. This eliminates the confusion of how many packs to purchase and saves time. It also enables us to have the hair prepared and ready for your appointment.
Sisterlocks Only:
The Sisterlocks Package:
- Consultation: We will discuss past hair care practices, answer any questions you may have, and "Test Locks" will be established. This appointment usually lasts approximately 1-2 hours. Please make sure to arrive with your hair clean (shampooed within the last 48 hours) free from all oils, moisturizers, and any other products. There is a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE Consultation fee and a $50 deposit that will applied to your total. Your establishment appointments will be scheduled during the consultation.
- Lock Establishment: We will complete your establishment. This process can take between 1 to 4 days depending on your natural hair texture and length. We will take a break for 30 minutes for lunch and dinner along with small 5 minute breaks for restroom, stretching etc...At the conclusion of your appointment you will receive a starter kit and be given further instructions on shampooing and maintenance of your new locks.
- The Follow-up: At 4-6 weeks your first retighten will be done, this occurs after two shampooing's have taken place.
Loc Extensions Only:

- We offer all sizes listed above.
- When scheduling Goddess locs please make sure to select the Add-On.
- If you would like for us to supply the locs please make sure to select Hair Included Add-On. Based on your responses you will receive a text message with the cost for the hair. Hair has to be paid for within 48 hours. Payment can be made via zelle (440-990-8282), Venmo (@ParadiseHairPromotions1), or CashApp - ($NelNell312). It will take approximately 1-2 months for hair to be made depending on the size, color, and length.

- If we are able to accommodate you we will require a deposit of 25% be sent via Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp, to secure appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the service and applicable guidelines as listed above must be followed.
- Fit In Appointments that require appointment times outside of normal hours will be subject to an additional $50 fee.
