Stretch & Release: a 75 minute class structured workshop that focuses on easing muscle tension, creating flexibility and moving through active stretches to enhance your personal movement practice. Techniques used include myofascial release, nerve flossing and active stretching through guided movements (think gentle on the body sun salutations). Open to all levels.
Taught by Kit Bihun and hosted at the Ellie Herman Pilates Annex.
