Appointment Policies
Deposit Requirement: All appointments lasting 90 minutes or longer will require a deposit to secure the session time. Deposits can be made through my booking page, or via Cash App or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. This fee must be settled before a new appointment can be scheduled.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notification will be blocked from future bookings.
Confirmation of Appointment: Upon acceptance of your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and or text message.
Pre-Appointment Communication: All clients are required to contact me by phone one hour prior to the scheduled appointment for directions.
Booking Policy: I accept a maximum of four in-person bookings per week. To ensure availability, I highly recommend prebooking your appointment.
