A free 15-minute consultation is available for potential new patients to see if we are a good fit for your health care needs.
You are welcome to set up an appointment online or give us a call. A $50.00 deposit is requested to set up your initial appointment. We also request that the remaining balance be paid at the time of your visit.
We will provide you with an itemized super bill that you can submit to your insurance company. Patients should contact their individual plan to inquire about reimbursement for "out-of-network" providers. The amount of reimbursement will depend on your specific plan. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept OHP patients at this time.
