I attended The Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology and the prestigious Chrysm Institute of Esthetics in Virginia Beach. Below you will find my booking policy and services that I currently offer. **PLEASE NOTE THAT I ONLY SERVICE WOMEN.
Retainer Fee: To book an appointment a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is
required. Your appointment will not be reserved unless the retainer is paid in
full. The retainer will be deducted from the total cost of your service and the
remaining balance will be due at the time that service is rendered.
note that your retainer fee is Non-refundable and Non- transferable to
another individual or appointment.***

the following methods of payment: All Major Credit Cards and cash.
Rescheduling: If you must reschedule your appointment, your retainer fee may
be applied to your rescheduled service as long as you reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment. Please contact me if there are no appointments available.
Cancellation: You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to
cancel and/or reschedule. This can be done by logging into your account. It is NOT
my responsibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please be aware
that if you cancel, you will forfeit ANY and ALL retainer fees or payments made. You will also be charged for the full amount of your booked service if cancelled in less than 24 hours of your appointment. NO
EXCEPTIONS! If cancellation is due to circumstances on my end, a full
refund of all monies/deposits paid will be issued within 2 business days.
If you book multiple services and decide only on one service when you arrive or less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for all of the services that you booked. No exceptions.
Policy: Please be courteous and
ensure that if you are receiving service to please arrive on time for your
scheduled appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If you
are going to be late, please notify me by phone as soon as possible. Please note than even if you call or text notifying me that you're going to be late or you're having issues finding the building, this policy still applies. There
is a late charge of $10 for every 5-minute delay that will be applied to your
total service amount. Meaning at 5 minutes of being late, you will automatically be charged a $10 inconvenience fee in addition to your remaining balance. If client is more than 10 minutes late then her
appointment WILL be cancelled (at my discretion) and any
appointment monies already paid will not be refunded and you will be charged for the remaining balance of services to be paid. I strive and make every effort to
ensure the timeline for client services is maintained. This policy seeks to
protect all those who are booked for appointments.
Please ensure that your hair is the length of a rice grain or 1/4th of an inch. If your hair is shorter and I CANNOT wax you, no refunds will be given and full balance of appointment will have to be paid. You will have to book a new appointment.
Please note that I DO wax women during their menstrual cycle. If you decide to cancel your appointment with in 24 hours due to your cycle coming on, you will be required to book a new appointment. No refunds will be given and your full balance must be paid. Please ensure that you insert a fresh tampon upon arrival to your appointment (not at home as there is a tendency for blood to be on the string of the tampon).

to go into your account at any time if you do forget your appointment time or
day and need a reminder. If you have any questions or problems setting up your account,

ALL No Call/No Show Appointments are subject to be banned

If for any reason, any acts of God including but not limited to bad weather, sickness, hurricanes, floods, global pandemics, mandatory shut downs, fires, earthquakes, clients will be rescheduled when it is safe to restart services. No refunds will be issued. Only under special circumstances, at owners discretion.
