This will be a gentle practice, yet powerful healing experience done in the privacy of your own home.
We will spend the first portion of this class grounding your energy and relaxing the body to prime your being to enter "receiving mode.”
In this space of recovery and healing, I will guide you through about 25 minutes of active breathing, followed by a yummy shavasana to integrate the energy.
