We will spend 30-60 minutes going over what has been going on in your life; symptoms in your body, relationships, what has been stressing you out, etc. followed by a 1 hour guided breath practice.

I hold a very gentle and safe space for you to relax and let go of some heavy burdens and stressors the body might be carrying. One Breathwork Session will leave feeling like YOU again! (1-3 sessions are recommended depending on your symptoms and how much stress you have in your life).

This session is for people who have already done 1 Private Breathwork Session with me.

We will spend 30 minutes going over what has been going on in your life; symptoms in your body, relationships, what has been stressing you out, etc. followed by a 1 hour guided breath session.

Nothing is required of you during the session, however, I do encourage you to find a quiet space to sit/lay down, meditate, and just receive.

You may feel some hot or cool sensations, tingling, feelings of love and comfort, deep relaxation, surge of emotions, or nothing at all. Whatever you experience is okay, and just notice it. Trust that reiki energy will go where it is needed most and be the non-judgmental observer of your personal experience.

A session summary will be provided to you within 24 hr

A deep dive into your soul's expansion. Each session is unique to your individual needs and may include breathwork, sound healing, aura clearing and protection, soul retrieval, resolution of karmic debt, & release of old contracts and energetic cords.

Sessions are done in your home, via Zoom, and last about 90 minutes. A semi-quiet and private space is best.
