NEW!!! We are so proud to announce we are available, as of 4/1/2024, to see clients in our new, beautiful office space at 4 Huntley Rd, Old Lyme, CT. For in-person care, you can choose our either our Glastonbury CT or Old Lyme CT locations during the booking process.
***Home visits are available at this time, on a very limited basis. PLEASE email to ohbabylactation @gmail.com with your address to place a request for a home visit. We will monitor our schedule and let you know if it is possible.***
Important note: There is an $80 home visit / travel fee for any Lactation Network or Aetna covered home visits.

**WE ARE IN NETWORK WITH AETNA!**
This means we can bill for in-network care. Your specific plan might have different coverage options and copays, please read and sign our Aetna Financial Consent Form
We do participate with Lactation Network, which can cover many Cigna, UHC, BCBS, Anthem and Multiplan plans. Check your insurance coverage here, per this link!

** Please be aware that currently, if you have UHC insurance, telehealth visits are NOT covered through the Lactation Network. If you would like a virtual visit and you have UHC, it will be an out of pocket cost.**
We also accept Venmo, Paypal, Square and HSA cards for payment, and will gladly provide a superbill for you to submit to your plan if we aren't in network.
Please be aware, a $150 fee will be charged for no-show appointments AND rescheduling within 24 hours from your scheduled time. You will have a two week period to "make up" your appointment time, per our availability, and we will reimburse the fee (less processing charges). A valid credit card is required for all bookings, and will not be charged UNLESS the no-show or reschedule fee is applied, or there is an outstanding balance due from your care here. Please let us know if you have questions or have extenuating circumstances.
Very limited weekend times and evenings are available by prior communication and appointment only. Please contact us if you do not see times that work for you.
