The No Sweat Intro allows you the opportunity to meet us, see the facility, ask questions, and learn how we can tailor your training to fit your needs! From there, we will schedule your first Fundamentals session with one of our experienced coaches.
Our Fundamentals program consists of 5 one-on-one training sessions. The focus of these sessions is to help you learn the foundational movements and skills of CrossFit, in addition to all of the ways to scale them to your ability level. The focus during these sessions is safe, effective, and quality movement, with the opportunity to learn about all of the amazing things you are capable of!
