Himalayan Healing River Adventure on the Karnali River. The headwaters of the Karnali River originate at Mount Kailash, a sacred Mountain in Tibet- important in both Hindu & Buddhist cultures. We land in Kathmandu and head to Nepal’s most Western region. The Karnali River is the longest in Nepal with solid Class 3-4 whitewater and scenic mellow stretches.
