TECH is a group training program that focuses on a player's overall technical ability such as; passing, movement, ball control, heading, finishing, defending, speed and coordination, group play, passing patterns, etc.

Requirements: Must be 14 years and older and play on an ECNL, MLSNext, ECRL FDL team

Raw is a group skill-based training program that focuses on a player's ability to control and manipulate the ball. Players will also focus on fast feet and explosive speed training to ensure they increase their speed on and off the ball.
