Please take a moment to review the new guidelines as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to seeing you soon! The following measures will be implemented to ensure the health and safety of our clients and team.
*We ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, chills, runny nose and/or fatigue, please DO NOT schedule an appointment at this time. You should book and complete your appointment when you are at optimum health (100% healthy).
* We ask that anyone who has recovered from COVID-19 or in the same household as someone who has/is recovering, please DO NOT schedule an appointment at this time.
*Upon arrival, each client will be asked to wear a face mask or face coverings during the entire appointment. (You may bring your own or we will provide you with one upon arrival.)
* No additional visitors, kids, or guests are allowed- unless they are being serviced.
*A non-refundable deposit is required to secure
any appointment with us. We ask that you contact us immediately (by phone and/or email) to cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your
deposit will be applied to another date/time (ONE reschedule allowed). Otherwise, you will forfeit your
deposit and must re-book/reschedule at a later date and time with a new
***Important Update*** We now have a 2nd location, and your service provider may now work at either location. When booking your service, please pay attention to the selected location and address. Your service provider will be listed under either: shop location OR 2nd location.

*If you "No-Show" you will be charged 100%
of the service/s booked to the card on file, and you will no longer
be able to book online.
*If you "Cancel" less than 24 hours OR
on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total
service/s. Sorry no exceptions!
* If you "Cancel" more than 24
hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. If you have to
cancel your appointment for any reason, you will need to pay a new deposit
to secure a new date and time.
* If you "Reschedule" less than 24 hours
OR on the day of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. You will need to re-book online with a new date/time and deposit. Sorry
no exceptions! Please contact us immediately (24 hours in advance) to
avoid this inconvenience.
* If you "Reschedule" more than 24 hours in
advance, your deposit can be applied to a new date and time. Your deposit
can only be transferred ONE time to a new date/time aka a rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule a SECOND time, your appointment will be cancelled immediately and you will need to
pay a new deposit to secure a new date and time.
* Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
*If you call and for some reason there is no answer,
it is your responsibility to continue to reach out to us until you
speak with someone.
