******* PLEASE READ ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT *******
- ALL appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for booking and will be deducted from final payment at time of the appointment. THIS DEPOSIT CAN ONLY BE USED FOR THE APPOINTMENT DATE & TIME SCHEDULED AT BOOKING.YOU CANNOT DISPUTE THIS DEPOSIT.
- NO CALL NO SHOW APPTS WILL HAVE TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE IN ORDER TO BOOK ANOTHER APPT.
LATE POLICY: A grace period of 5/10 minutes is allowed. Clients over 10 min . late will be charged a $15 LATE FEE . If client is 15-20 min late Artist has the option to CANCEL the appt. or CHANGE SERVICE due to time & scheduling , to allow the next client their full intended time slot. PLUS LATE FEE.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT 1 TIME ONLY USING ORIGINAL DEPOSIT. If you need to reschedule again a new deposit must be paid. WHEN RESCHEDULING YOU MUST KNOW A NEW DATE TO MOVE APPT TO. NO HOLDING DEPOSITS. NEW APPT MUST BE WITHIN THE NEXT 30 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL APPT DATE.
RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. RESCHEDULING ON THE DAY OF IS NOT ALLOWED DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED!
CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advance in order to keep amd transfer your deposit (please call for this). If client cancels on day of the appt the deposit is forfeited and no refund will be given. In the event that the MUA has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances the deposit will be refunded. This does not include natural disasters or events out of ones control such as weather , pandemic etc. these appts will be rescheduled.
