Back to Basics with Kathy
Reconnect to your body as Kathy takes you through a gentle workout that reviews the fundamentals of Pilates. This workout is a perfect introduction for anyone new to the method. We also highly recommend this class for the experienced Pilates mover, as a great way to deepen your practice by fine tuning the subtleties of the mat exercises.
Sunday Morning Mat with Marcellina
Join Marcellina for a Sunday morning movement mat class that just feels good!! We will work a little bit of the whole body and incorporate stretch, balance and breath but the emphasis will be on movement. Bring your mat and any items that you prefer to have for personal modifications.
Strengthen, Stretch and Release with Katie
Fire up your body from head to toe with a full 55 minute class with Katie. Work on strengthening and challenging big and small muscle groups, and then find the stretch to lengthen them with the help of a theraband. Class ends with a release series using a pinky ball or tennis ball against the wall.
NOTE - Theraband and pinky or tennis ball suggested.
