Late and no-show policy
All clients are required to read and follow our late policy before booking their appointment(s).
You will be charged the full amount of your services(s) for no shows or cancelations within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time. You will be charged the full amount of our services if you are more than 15 minutes late. We understand things come up, so if this happens, you will get 5 days to reschedule your appointment (the appointment must be scheduled within those five days). The service fee will go towards the cost of your service(s).
COVID policies: We are taking every precaution like extra cleaning and sanitation for your safety. We ask that if you have been traveling or in large crowds in the last 10 days, you get tested for Covid-19 before coming into the salon or wait 10 days after travel before coming in. We also require clients to wait 10 days to come in if you have; been in a crowd or groups larger than 15 people. Been around anyone who is sick or feels sick, or if you have been sick, have a fever, or aren’t feeling well. Regardless of your vaccine status ALL CLIENTS are required to wear a clean CDC approved mask while inside the salon and throughout your entire appointment. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
