SLIDING SCALE PRICING
Formation Healing Arts has a sliding-scale pricing model. Please read the guide below to see which rate you should schedule at. This pricing model increases access to holistic healing support within our communities.
This pricing option is for people who struggle to have enough to cover their basic needs. This rate is supplemented by the Share Rate.
This pricing option is for people who have enough to meet their basic needs and can afford some extra expenses as needed. This is considered the regular rate.
This pricing option is for people who have more than enough to meet their basic needs and can readily afford extra expenses, multiple vacations, and investments. This rate makes the Supported Rate and collective care possible; increasing accessibility for folks in need of financial support to access sessions.
Payments for Distance Sessions are required at the time of booking. Payments for In-Person Sessions can be made at the time of appointment booking, before, or at the time of your appointment. A debit/credit card is required to book an appointment; however, you can pay with Cash (preferred), Venmo, or Paypal at the time of the appointment.
If you are feeling sick, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged. I will cancel our appointment with as much notice as possible if I am feeling sick; there is no charge for appointments canceled by me. Please wear a mask to our session. I will also be masked. I have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and take COVID-19/Illness precautions in life and work.
