Apart from the phone call appointment, you may notice that some of my appointment types have prices next to them. These fees represent the value of the meeting based on my planning fees. In most circumstances, you will have the option to waive the planning session fee by committing to your scheduled appointment with the pre-work completed.

I will ask you to secure your appointment time with a credit card number to show your commitment to attending your meeting. There will not be a charge if you arrive at your scheduled appointment with your homework completed. It is the same concept as reserving a hotel room - it is used only to reserve your space.

I understand that this policy of securing your appointment with a credit card may seem unique. So is my law office. I expend most of my energy providing a high degree of service to my existing clients, and there is a limit to the number of clients I can see each week. As a result, I must secure your appointment time so that if something comes up and you can't attend your appointment, I will have enough advance notice to open the slot to a waiting client.
