Sleep Better This Spring with Herbalist Emma O'Brien

Herbs could be your ally for better sleep. In this 1 hour community workshop, we'll talk about common sleep issues and DIY herbal preparations to address them. Participants will be able to taste and try different preparations and will be encouraged to try making their own!

Workshop presented by Emma O'Brien, clinically trained Western herbalist, birth worker, and Hyde Park resident. She has been working professionally and personally with herbs as medicine for a decade.
