It will be for an hour via Zoom . Recording will be available if you register.
First 20-30 minutes will be a presentation - on disease/herb/medicine/basic principles etc.
You can put in your request with a topic to be covered.
Next 20-30 mins will be sharing experiences, asking questions.
This program is only for Qualified Ayurveda Practitioners or students.

Shirodhara is a beautiful therapy which begins with a good massage of head, forehead and neck. The warm liquid (herbal oils, buttermilk, herbal milk, decoctions; again depending on body type and disease) is flowed in a continuous stream from anywhere between 30-50 minutes.
Please note these sessions are done by trained Ayurveda Therapists.
