Conditioning Run | Kallang Practice Track
Join coach Jim at the track for a muscular endurance focused session. Conduct your MAF, FTPa field test or the programmed session provided by the coach.
Speed Run | F1 Pit Building
Due to government restrictions placed on us due to COVID-19, our Speed Run will be hosted in groups. Coach Ben and Coach Jim will lead the session. Social distancing calls for group of 5 people spread 3 metres apart which we intend to follow.
Depending on the race calendar and where we are in the training cycle, you'll be doing a mix of form drills, accelerations, fartlek, tempo or intervals.
Group Training: 8 Session Pack
Join 8 training sessions of your choice. Valid for 90-days.
