Conditioning Run | Kallang Practice Track
Join coach Jim at the track for a muscular endurance focused session. Conduct your MAF, FTPa field test or the programmed session provided by the coach.
Speed & Tempo Run
Coach Ben and Coach Jim will lead the session at the F1 pit building. Social distancing calls for groups of 8 people spread 3 metres apart which we intend to follow.

Depending on the race calendar and where we are in the training cycle, you'll be doing a mix of form drills, accelerations, fartlek, tempo or intervals.
Power Hour | 100Plus Track
Join Coach Jim as he takes the team through a Power focused strength session.
This is designed to help runners and triathletes build their explosive power and strength.
Through the use of steps and plyometric movements you can build your explosive power.
