1. You must be age 18 or older.
2. All calls must be in English.
3. If you are seeking immediate assistance on a matter involving urgent health care, personal safety, the safety of others or any other issue requiring immediate attention, please do not use this service or website. If you are experiencing or have knowledge of an emergency involving immediate danger or physical harm to you or to another, PLEASE CALL 911 or your local law enforcement agency.
4. Only one client per call is allowed.
5. Your call acknowledges that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth on this site.
6. Atlantean Glow accepts payments via SQUARE, which is also compatible with Google Pay.
7. Please make sure you are in a quiet area where there are no interruptions. If you put a session on hold, the clock continues to tick--this is your time and money, remember that.
8. If the call is disconnected, the operator will attempt to contact you, please do not call the line.
9. Atlantean Glow is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by Skype or internet service providers. If a call is interrupted for more than ten minutes, Atlantean Glow will be more than happy to reschedule your session for another day or time if necessary. (We're flexible.)
10. Rude and/or intoxicated clients will be immediately disconnected without refund.
11. Atlantean Glow has the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion.
12. Due to the nature of this service, as with the rest of this site, refunds are not allowed even if you miss your appointment. We will do our best to reschedule you.
13. For quality assurance, calls may be recorded, but are kept private. This privacy clause does not cover any information provided by the client that may be deemed harmful or illegal.
14. Prices and terms subject to change without notice.
15. Anyone found to violate the good faith of this service and its terms shall be denied services and or refunds.Our readers/advisors reserve the right to refuse speaking with any client that is rude or intoxicated. If poor behavior continues, our readers/advisors reserve the right to end the call WITHOUT REFUND.
