An accurate birth time is key for a chart reading, so please, before scheduling an appointment, find out exactly when you were born as that will affect your chart. (Your time of birth will be listed on your birth certificate, or you can call the hospital where you were born to access your records.)
Appointments can't be cancelled, but they can be changed if the schedule permits. (Requests must be made at least 1 week in advance.) If there are appointments available but you don't see a time that works with your schedule, please get in touch and we'll try to make it work!
After you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email with a link to your meeting. Simply click the link to join the meeting when it's time to begin! If you've never run Zoom on your device, please make sure it's downloaded and ready to go before the appointment.
After your reading, you'll receive an email containing a link to your video recording. Please download your video ASAP as it will only be available temporarily before deletion from the cloud.
