Aromatherapy oils are used in the session and you leave with an essential roller to take home with you.

A half hour of chakra cleansing and rebalance. This guided meditation takes place with soothing background nature sounds to lull you into peace as you focus on each chakra and repeat cleansing affirmations.
Each client goes home with a handout of affirmations and guide to each chakra on their first visit. Every client on every visit will receive a 10ml essential oil blend designed to help clear chakras, worn on the wrist or soles of feet at night.

Jade rollers reduce puffiness when chilled and boost circulation/reduces inflammation when warmed. They're great for applying moisturizers and face serums.

warm stones (for relaxation, circulation, inflammation, and skin health) glide over skin on face and neck to aid in relaxation. Healing oils are used with a warm towel wipe-off at the end.
