Late Fee of $20 is Applied After 20 Minutes, After 30 Minutes of Being Late Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled.

Frontals need to be dropped off to me 1-2 Days Before Appointment date. If you cant its fine just let me know.
Units- Hair & Frontal/Closures need to be dropped off 5-7 days before Appointment.
Business Hours are Tuesday-Friday 10AM - 5PM. Saturday 10AM - 1PM
(You drop them off during these times)
Please if You are Re Using Hair Extensions Please have them Washed & Dried.
Crowned Queen Collection Hair takes 5- Days to Arrive.

Please book all appointments at least 24 hours in advance, unless you spoke with me about last minute appointments
Any No Call No Show, or any Missed appointments once the appointment time has passed will be charged 50% of the total owed on the appointment. Please just reach out to me letting me know you can’t make it to avoid charges.
Please if you have somewhere to be I ask that you schedule at least 5-6 Hours before, I Will Not Rush. If I am asked you rush you will have to reschedule your appointment NO EXCEPTIONS (Hair Only) Makeup Appointments are not as long.
