We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, reschedule or cancel less than 12 hours from your appointment time, there will be a 50% charge on the full price of your appointment.
Customers with a record of no-show are required to place a $30 deposit. We will cancel the appointment if deposit is not received.
