90 Minute RLC Overview

1 hour 30 minutes

This is a 90 minute session to introduce RLCs to your team. The actual overview is an hour starting after the first 30 minutes of this appointment - the extra half hour is to ensure that you and I have time booked to test out the room's technology setup ahead of time.

Preview with Katherine - Zoom

30 minutes

Schedule your 30 minute Zoom session to preview your presentation with me. This preview is required for all presenters and performers. It will help me ensure that your talk meets important TEDx guidelines and help me map out the flow of the event.

During this session, you'll deliver your presentation to me. It's OK to be on-script for it., and you should have your draft slides. Then we can talk about how I see it fitting into the agenda.

Nov 14 IN PERSON Tech Rehearsal at the Magenta Theater

15 minutes

This is optional but strongly recommended, especially if you've never given a presentation in a theater setting before. You'll have a chance to "walk the stage" and rehearse briefly with the lavolier mic, remote clicker and confidence monitor.

It's mandatory for our performers to ensure that our A/V meets your needs, in time to adjust if needed.

We don't have time for everyone to do a full run through but if we have extra time, we'll let you know..
