Mixed Ability Pilates: Thursday 5.50-6.50pm
Mixed ability classes are ideal for those clients who already familiar with Pilates Method, or are generally fit and well with no significant injuries. Modifications of the exercises are given to suit your individual needs. Some of the more advanced repertoire is introduced, but more gentle variations will always be offered.
Beginners Pilates Course June
This course is designed for clients who are unfamiliar with Pilates including those who may have pre-existing injuries. The key principles of Pilates will be introduced along with some of the essential Pilates repertoire, working on postural awareness, breathing, core stability, flexibility and strength
Improvers Pilates: Fri 9.30 to 10.30am
Improvers Classes are designed for clients who have an understanding of Pilates and are keen to further develop their technique. There will be some introduction into the more advanced repertoire, but modifications will always be given if a more gentle approach is required.
Pilates for Runners : Thursday 7-8pm
This is a sports specific class designed for runners and active sports people. It includes balance and coordination exercises, training drills and balance and flexibility work.
Gentle (Modified) Pilates: Fridays 10:45 to 11:45am
This class is perfect if you are keen to embark on an exercise programme, but are anxious about any pre-existing injuries or physical limitations. The class works on improving balance, core stability and flexibility at a very gentle pace. Modifications will be given as needed.
