If you are not satisfied with your hair after you’re finished, please inform me the day of so that I can make adjustments. I am not responsible for the style once you leave my salon.
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required, if you need to cancel you have up to 2 weeks to reschedule your appointment for the deposit to still apply
- Appointments will open on a month to month basis ONLY! No you cannot book in advance.

- The day of your appointment please ensure ample amount of time for quality service.
- My services offered are unique and tailored for the individual. The approximate times given varies depending on the individual
- Please keep in mind that relaxed hair vs non-relaxed hair will have a different outcome
- All Bond-In’s require a cap
- If hair is not relaxed please have your hair blown out STRAIGHT prior to appointment or there will be an additional $20 charge
- For all hair types please have hair washed and free of product prior to appointment or an additional $10 will be charged
- All Laces Wigs/ Lace Closures/ Lace Frontals need to be dropped off 24 - 48 hours prior to appointment or you’ll be charged an additional $20! Please bring hair between 11:00am-5:00pm KEEP IN MIND I DON’T WORK ON SUNDAY,MONDAY OR TUESDAYS! So if your appointment is on a Wednesday you need to have your hair to me by Saturday.
- I will only install the same wig,closure or frontal twice if it’s good quality
- Please bring a cap close to your skin complexion for all lace services
- Touch ups on all lace services are available if your lace install is no more than two weeks old. Anything over two weeks needs to be completely removed and will be considered a new install. I WILL ONLY DO ONE TOUCH UP ON EACH INSTALL
- Keep in mind all laces don’t achieve the same look. Please bring transparent, Swiss, or HD lace only
- Absolutely no kids and no extra company, please come to your appointment ALONE!
- If you have chemical burns or open wounds to the scalp you will not be serviced.
- The pack hair I prefer is, Sensual mink yak, Visso or Gem
- A bob with closure install requires a lace closure and PACK HAIR! Please don’t bring bundles for this service
- All lace installments require a stocking cap(including closures)
- Please understand everyone’s skin chemistry is different. If your skin type is oily, chances are your lace won’t last as long as someone with normal to dry skin
