A deposit will be processed at the time of scheduling. Deposit will be applied towards the Tax Preparation charge. You must reschedule or cancel your appointment 24HRS prior to appointment date, to avoid loss of deposit.
Deposit and appointment time will be lost if Tax Documents are not received 48hrs prior to appointment or as indicated when setting appointment (for phone appointments ONLY).
Since we are booked with back to back appointments it is important that clients submit all tax documents within a timely manner prior to appointment, for phone appointments. In person appointments will have a 10min grace period before having to be canceled and deposit lost. If scheduling appointments for multiple clients each appointment must have individuals name and contact information.
