Yoga for Runners 8 Week Series
Runners of all abilities are welcome to join Samantha for an 8 week Yoga for Runners series! Class description: 20 minutes of warm up YOGA followed by 40 minutes of RUNNING on the tow path and ending with a 20 minute cool down YOGA stretch session and savasana. You can set your own running pace and/or do a walk/run combination.
