Starting therapy can be a difficult step at first and so we do our best to make this process comfortable for you.
The entire process of therapy is based on four simple principles we swear by, to provide you with a safe and non-judgemental environment, to provide you with our unconditional support so we together can find the strength to resolve your problems, and to make our best and most genuine efforts to use scientifically developed skills to help you get in touch with your most authentic self.
We work with all kinds of people going through all kinds of stresses, it can be a break-up, a disease, a divorce or a job loss. Everyone is welcome here.
