If you are unsure of what service would be best for you, a consultation is recommended. We also do consultations virtually so that we can schedule you in a timely manner. Our APRN, Brandy Thompson, does all virtual consultations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice due to high demand. If you do not cancel and reschedule before the 48 hour time frame, your deposit will be FORFEITED.
For injectable services, 1 hour or longer, a 72 hour notice is required. This allows us to book someone in your place. Advanced injectables require pre care instructions, and cancelling less than 72 hours in advance, means we cannot always fill that spot.
Failure to pay any fees inquired when cancelling, must be paid, before you can rebook.
ALL appointments scheduled, even by our office for you at your current appointment, will require a card on file to book. If you are a NEW PATIENT a booking fee will be charged at the time of booking for all services and prices vary based on the appointment type scheduled.
When booking please remember any deposit is non-refundable, but can be used for any service or product you choose. Also if you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late you will be rescheduled and the fee stated above based on your appt type, will be charged to your card on file.
After booking your appointment you will receive a text or email with instructions 24 hours prior to your visit. If you do not receive this please call the office. Be sure to respond to any emails or texts to confirm your appointment.
Payment is due in full at the time of service.
